The best part of the job is getting to meet people and help them solve issues. This includes helping them become more productive on the job and cutting costs by using machine control.

Summarize what you do on a weekly basis:

I help customers solve issues on the machine side as well as issues with the data collectors. If there is an issue with the machine, I personally go out to the site to see what the issue is.

What are your favorite equipment technology products and why:

The Topcon and Smartgrade Systems that go on the dozers, excavators and graders are my favorite. They can run different kinds of setups all the way from a 2D system to 3D with MMGPS or LPS depending on the type of machine.
