Bryan Shoupe, DPS Operations Manager

Bryan Shoupe joined our team as a Technical Support Advisor (TSA) on June 1, 2023 and was promoted early in 2024 to the Positioning Solutions Supervisor. With eight years of experience in John Deere dealership management, Bryan brings a strong background in positioning solutions and support.

Bryan former studies in United States History at Ball State University provided him with a well-rounded perspective and analytical skills.

Bryan’s practical experience and leadership in dealership management are invaluable assets to our organization. His dedication to excellence ensure that our positioning solutions team operates efficiently and effectively. Bryan’s leadership and expertise help us deliver top-quality service and support to our clients.

Describe the best part of your job:

Networking and Communicating with the DPS staff as well as a broad customer base all over the Southeast AOR.

Summarize what you do on a weekly basis:

  • Manage all DPS SE parts and whole goods inventory
  • Coordinate parts & service billing for DPS technicians and support
  • Coordinate all machine calibration and readiness checks for rental, demo, and sales deliveries to customers for Dobbs SE
  • Coordinate and administer internal and external training events for DPS products and solutions
  • Coordinate with aftermarket providers for installation and support of customer machines
  • Maintain technical and product knowledge on all Precision equipment sold within the dealership’s AOR.

With over 8 years of experience in a corporate parts & service roles within a John Deere Dealership, I hope to bring a wealth of knowledge in managing and optimizing the intricate aspects of the Positioning Solutions department’s parts and service operations. My knowledge of John Deere products, supply chain management, and customer service, uniquely positions me to make valuable contributions by creating organizational processes that will prove instrumental in driving overall growth, and efficiency within the DPS department.
