Describe the best part of your job:

The best part of my job is being somewhere different every day, seeing and experiencing new things, meeting new people. Also dealing with equipment and tools that change the way this industry works and operates on a day-to-day basis.

Summarize what you do on a weekly basis:

Everything I do deals in customer support, whether that is demoing new equipment for customers to see how it operates or fixing equipment they own to get them back up and running. Listening and understanding issues customers face on a day-to-day basis and better understanding how we can support and take care of them the best way possible.

What are the top 3 skills you pride yourself in that relate to your job:

Honesty, Integrity, Listening. In this industry if you say you’re going to do something people are expecting it to be done. I pride myself on sticking to my word and doing whatever I can to stick to it. Integrity plays a big role in what we do in the aspect of trying to just be a good person and look out for the common good of everyone. We want everyone to be thriving by giving these customers the necessary tools to be able to produce a better, more precise product more efficiently. Finally listening, which could be most important. You must listen and understand your customers issues and problems to be able to provide correct and accurate solutions that are really going to make a difference.

What are your favorite equipment technology products and why:

MC Mobile Products are addressing issues and paving the way for a new way to run compact machines using the Topcon technology. This will allow the smaller contractors to be able to be much more efficient in their day-to-day tasks and give the compact market a great tool to be able to call upon. Another impressive product is Teleo. Teleo is a supervised autonomy product system that is changing the way people think about being an operator. It allows for the possibility of less fatigue, more comfortable work environment and many other useful/helpful solutions as well.

What markets are your area of expertise:

  • Earth/Sitework

What else what you like to share:

Technology is the forefront of our industry. The path only goes up from here in what is possible and what we can achieve together. With the right tools and right people, which we have, there is an endless amount of possibilities to what we can do. We have some of the most intelligent members on our team and I have no doubt in our abilities to help our customers become more productive, more efficient and of course more profitable.
