Visit customers, listen to concerns or obstacles they are dealing with and do my best to provide the solution that best fits the situation.
What are the top 3 skills you pride yourself in that relate to your job:
Building relationships through trust. Ability to learn technical processes that allow me to better understand customer needs. Ability to complete task for the customer from beginning to end in order to have them be completely satisfied.
What are your favorite equipment technology products and why:
Deere SmartGrade: When customers apply this technology to their worksite, they don’t completely understand how much difference it will make until they have used it consistently. Once they see how much difference it makes they are extremely happy with what we have done for their company’s productivity. Achieving that for the customer is very gratifying.
